Thank you for shopping with The Evermore House. Each candle and melt is thoughtfully crafted, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging your order, but once a package leaves our warehouse, we understand that issues can occasionally occur during transit.

Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.

If any items arrive damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Be sure to include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging in your email so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Damage claims submitted after 3 days may not be eligible for review.
Returns

We accept returns on unused items only.

To be eligible for a return, you must email us within 14 days of purchase to request approval.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Once approved, we will provide you with a return address. Please do not send returns to the address listed on your original shipping label.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not accept exchanges at this time.

Carefully packaged so they arrive back to us in good condition
We strongly recommend saving your return tracking information, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Shipping Address Responsibility
Please take a moment before placing your order to confirm that your shipping address is correct. Once an order has been placed, it is very difficult for us to make changes or updates.
The Evermore House is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Shipping Availability
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped within the United States.

While we truly wish we could hand-deliver each order and experience the joy of your unboxing, that isnβt always possible, but please know that we LOVE your feedback.Β
Once your package leaves our care, shipping carriers assume responsibility for handling. That said, we are always happy to help where we can and will do our best to make things right when issues arise.
