Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with The Evermore House. Below you’ll find important information about how and when your order will be processed and shipped.
Order Processing Time
All of our candles, wax melts, and home fragrance products are carefully prepared with attention to detail. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
Orders are processed Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed.
Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
We recommend saving your tracking information until your order has been successfully delivered.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once an order is placed, it can be difficult to make changes or updates.
The Evermore House is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging your order; however, once a package leaves our warehouse, the shipping carrier is responsible for delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly before reaching out to us.
While we cannot guarantee outcomes for carrier-related issues, we will do our best to assist you.
Shipping Locations
At this time, The Evermore House ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
